Effective Date: November 17, 2025
OmniXR Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website at https://myomnixr.com (the “Website”) or our mobile application, VirtualGraffiti Viewer (the “App”), available on iOS and Android platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We operate from the United States and this policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information only as necessary to provide and improve the Services. You can use the Website without creating an account, in which case we collect limited information. Creating an account or using the App requires more data.
Information Collected via the Website
- Account-Related Information: If you create a user account, we collect your name, email address, IP address, and payment information (if applicable for any paid features).
- Usage Data: Automatically collected IP address and basic browsing activity (e.g., pages visited) for site functionality.
- We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Information Collected via the App
- Device and Location Data: Device ID, GPS location data, usage logs (e.g., app interactions, session duration).
- Sensor Data: Access to camera and microphone for augmented reality features (e.g., viewing virtual graffiti objects).
- This data is collected automatically through app functions and device permissions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or 16 in certain regions). The Services are intended for adult users, such as registered voters.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide core Services, such as displaying geolocated virtual objects (e.g. virtualgraffiti) based on your location and device capabilities.
- To manage user accounts, process payments (if applicable), and enable features like object viewing.
- To improve the Services, including debugging, analytics, and feature development.
- For automated personalization: We may use voter registration details (if provided) to tailor content, such as showing different virtual objects (e.g., an elephant for Republicans or a donkey for Democrats).
We do not use your information for targeted advertising at this time.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., general usage trends) with third parties for business purposes, but this does not include identifiable personal details.
We share personal information in limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors like Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and storage, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium for email and collaboration tools.
- Payment Processors: With third-party processors to handle any transactions.
- Marketing Partners and Affiliates: For joint promotions or service enhancements, only with your consent where required.
- Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, respond to subpoenas, or protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not transfer data to servers outside the United States.
4. Data Retention and Security
- Retention: We retain personal information for 90 days after collection or last use, unless you request deletion or it is needed for legal obligations. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
- Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest via Azure CosmosDB, access controls, and compliance features of Microsoft 365 Business Premium. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Update inaccurate information.

- We do not currently honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals or provide in-app opt-outs for location sharing beyond device defaults.
6. Cookies and Tracking (Website Only)
The Website uses essential cookies for functionality (e.g., session management). We do not use non-essential cookies or consent banners at this time. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.
