Rich Katsoff
COO
A seasoned operations executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in managing customer success,
pre-sales, consulting, support, partnerships, and technology divisions across financial and construction sectors. He
has led large scale P&Ls, overseen large-scale digital transformations, and driven operational excellence as a trusted
C-level advisor for complex, multi-disciplinary programs, as well as serving on the Management Committee of
several of his mid-sized financial services employers. BS in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
Brad Groff, JD
CLO
Brings 25+ years as an IP attorney, protecting AR innovations like VirtualGraffiti with expertise in patents, trademarks,
and litigation. Excels in IP due diligence, dispute resolution, and portfolio strategy, blending mechanical engineering
and legal skills for competitive advantage. JD from UGA (honors), BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh
University, registered with USPTO, and certified mediator.
Scot Malloy
CTO
A serial entrepreneur with 30+ years leading tech innovation, co-founder RedSeal Systems and Zero211, LLC, with
several successful venture-backed startups and exits. Expertise includes AR, mobile apps, cloud architecture (AWS),
rapid prototyping, scalable systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), security, and aligning tech with business goals.
Well-grounded in MVPs/cloud solutions, mobile platforms, engineering, fund raising, and CI/CD. BS Electrical
